Shipping Availability

  • Where We Ship: VolleyWear currently ships exclusively to Canada and the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is within these regions when placing an order.

Pre-Purchase Guidelines

To ensure your satisfaction, please take the following steps before placing your order:

  1. Review the Size Chart: Use our comprehensive size chart to take accurate measurements. This will help you select the right size and avoid any fit-related concerns.

Important: VolleyWear is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.

Defective Products

While all sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please:

  1.  Contact us at info@volleywear.ca within 7 days of delivery.
  2.  Provide photos and a description of the defect for review.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations 

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before they are marked as shipped. 
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled.
